Deputy Chairman Office
Feon Wong (LSE), Jared Lim (UCL), Amber Lim (UCL)
Make decisions with the committee, striving to reach a consensus, solve emotional conflicts and plan events. Acting as a point of contact for other organisations (eg. Dato SK working with MLUK) as well as within GC, between committee members. Taking initiative in regard to sponsors and partners, maintain relationships with them.
Legal & Administration
Amanda Tan (UCL)
Responsible for overseeing GC's executives. Further responsibility pertains to planning the annual law event, in collaboration with KPUM as well as managing the spreadsheet: what goes in and out. Holds the bankcard, budgets the events by talking to the other directors and handles finance for partnerships.
Public Relations
Ruong Le (UCL)
Active role to connect to other leaders, for example, through through ASEAN events. Point of contact for publicity-related matters. Brainstorm ways to expand GC's reach, such as by attending fresher events and advertising GC. Also in charge of curating marketing timelines when required, working closely with the Branding & Strategy department.
Branding & Strategy
Tian Ruen (UCL), Kayleigh Su (LSE)
Make sure content on website, including CareerHub is up to date. Brainstorm with the Public Relations department for new ways to promote GC. Handles photoshoots and videography for GC events, as well as social media graphics, which could require communication with collaborators. Responsible for production of newsletters, with varying frequency.
